By way of confirmation, the Annual General Meeting of the Belgian
Cricket Federation will take place on Monday 7 November 2005 in the
Vergaderzaal at De Nekker in Mechelen. (For directions, please consult
the website: www.denekker.be).

The meeting will commence at 8pm sharp. Seating has been arranged for
up to two people per club. Please note, however, that only one
designated representative per club will have voting rights.

Here you will find a survey form to be completed by each
member club. There will be copies of this form at the AGM, but those
wishing to complete it in advance are welcome to do so.
Could all new clubs applying for membership please prepare a short
presentation of your club. You may use the mentioned survey form as a
basis for your presentation.

P.S. Please note that the previously announced Fixtures Meeting of 21
November 2005, will also be held at De Nekker and will start at 8pm
sharp. All new clubs wishing to arrange friendly fixtures against
member clubs in 2006 are also advised to send a representative to the
fixtures meeting.
