The Israel Cricket Association have this week started the search for a new Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description

Manage, coordinate, initate and market the ICA development program, manage all aspects of the local league, coordination of committees in the framework of the management of cricket in Israel, communication with government and public authorities, communication with educational institutions, initiate sponsorships, coaching of young players.

Required Skills

Knowledge of the laws and regulations of cricket
Financial and accounting skills
Minimum five years experience in the game of cricket
Fluent in both Hebrew and English
Good written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of computer skills - MS Office
Ability to negotiate with suppliers and outside contractors
Good Interpersonal and public relations skills
Experience in public and community work

This is a full time position.
