On a nice sunny day Nomads CC won the toss and decided to bat. Vicky (57) and Kashif (50) set the base for a solid start for Nomads CC in spite of having lost the opener early. These two played some aggressive shots and aided by a few dropped catches they took the Nomads Cc score to 219 in 34.3 overs. From Geneva CC Kamran Dar, Aamir Ali and Tariq took 3 wickets each.

However they gave away too many extras, 42, and enabled Nomads to put up a big total. Geneva CC started their innings under some pressure although 219 is a fairly attainable score in Marzili.

Most of the Geneva batsmen threw away their wickets in trying to hit big shots and aided by some good catching by Nomads players Geneva CC were soon in trouble.

Only Fasil Butt and Kamran could make 25 runs each and the innings came to a close in 24.4 overs when they were all out for 138.

Nomads won the Finals by 81 Runs. Mr. Jonathan Southworth was the Chief Guest and he gave away the Cup to Nomads CC
