First Zonal Match for National Team Selection

The first Zonal match for selection of the Swiss National Team will be held in Basel on Saturday 27 June.
Robin McGhee is coordinating the administrative functions.
Players should be informed of the following:
1. All players of Western and Central Zones nominated by clubs for their respective Zones are to be at Basel Bachgraben Ground at the latest by 11:30. Directions to the ground are available at www. baselcricket.ch. Players nominated but unable to come for this match please inform their respective representatives their reason for not attending.
2. All players to help with setting up the ground and putting back the mat etc. after the game is over. Players are responsible for leaving the grounds clean. Rubbish bags will be provided by Basel CC.
3. SCA will provide ground fee etc. Basel CC will make arrangements for lunch . For this a match fees of CHF 10, per player will be collected by nominated Captains of both the teams and handed over to J. Singh prior to the commencement of the match.
4. Match balls will be available from Basel CC representative.
5. Both teams will provide scorers from their players.
6. Umpires will be nominated by the selectors but will not be players. However, leg umpires may be required from the teams.
7. Match will be of 40/50 overs as decided by the selectors. Teams will be informed on the day of the match.
8. No cars may be parked inside the grounds. There are parking facilities around the grounds.
9. Players to bring individual cricket gear.
