Capannelle CC (Italy) recently brought their U15s to London to play few games and learn more about cricket. The squad had a successful tour, winning 3 matches (against Charlston CC, St. Martins School and Twickenham CC) and losing 2.

According to manager Alfonso Jayarajah, Todd McCann and Leandro Jayarajah both performed impressively with the beat, averaging over 30 runs per game, and William Cheyne's spin bowling was outstanding.

Capannelle are staging a tournament in September, under the title of `Sport and Friendship', which will include a representative Corfu Cricket squad, Sri Lanka CC (including players from all over Italy) and the Rome-based Asian CC.
