The Prefecture Board of Corfu recently invited the Greek indoor squad to the Prefecture Hall to present trophies to the players and coach in recognition of their victory in Belgium. Members of the Hellenic Cricket Federation were also present, and were congratulated on the undivided assistance they offered to the team. The opportunity was taken to underline the immediate need for new cricket grounds where the players can practice and where touring teams can play against Hellenic teams.
