With representatives from 5 Associate, 12 Affiliate and 2 Prospective Member countries, the recent Administration & Management Forum, which ran alongside the Indoor Championships in Herning, provided an excellent platform for networking and discussion between member countries. A number of team managers and coaches also took the opportunity to attend when their tournament schedule permitted, and to take part in a varied programme of seminars dealing with various aspects of development.

Presenters included Roger Knight (Secretary and Chief Executive, MCC), Richard O'Sullivan (EDP Regional Coach Placement Initiative staff and European Academy Director), Richard Holdsworth (Communications Officer, ECB Coaches Association), Bram van Asselt (Sportplan) and the EDM, as well as manufacturers such as Notts Sport and Flicx, and representatives of various member countries. Attendees also saw the start of the 2003 Imagination Roadshow as Bruce Smuts and Mike Flockhart took a group of unsuspecting Danish youngsters through a lively session in one of the sports halls, before heading off to France, Spain, Morocco and Gibraltar to recruit new converts. Other highlights included Europe's first ever Third Generation match, challengingly scheduled at 8.30 on the Sunday morning, and superb Danish hospitality, with a fantastic lunch at Herning CC and a memorable gala dinner at the end of the Indoor Championships.
