Estonia have now had 3 teaching sessions at schools. The 2nd was particularly interesting, as those running the session were expecting around 20 boys and actually got around 5 boys and seventy girls! A coaching session for 13 year old students was recently held in Pecs, Hungary. A delegation of 5 politicians from Devon came to watch. The Asociacion Espanola de Cricket spent the weekend of 7-8 April at a sports fair in Valencia, demonstrating the sport and encouraging the locals to take it up.

European Development Manager's flying visit to Belgium

The EDM flew into Brussels at 9am on Wednesday 28 March and departed 12 hours later. During his brief visit he met Ken Farmiloe (Chairman Belgian Cricket Federation) Martin O'Connor (Honorary Secretary) and Paul Larivière (Youth Development Officer). Three indoor centres offering on-site accommodation were visited, along with a number of local hotels.
