This Committee was formed to select Umpires and Referees for inclusion onto the 4 Officials Panels. The members of this Committee are the most experienced in Europe in the areas of Tournament Organisation, Refereeing, and Umpiring.

Their experience in these areas gives them an very clear overview of what is expected and required of the appointed Officials and they can select the appropriate Official for the appropriate event.

The EOSC is fully committed to ensuring that the ICC European event is run professionally but at the same time recognising the need to educate and develop the appointed Officials to undertake their various roles.
