Signals Newsletter is the cornerstone of our way of communicating information to our Officials who are too far away to talk to - therefore it is our way of signalling to you.

Signals is a supplement to the ICC European Newsletter Beyond the Boundary and is dedicated solely to news about the third team - the Officials. The intention is to bring you news of the ICC Development Program - Europe with the accent on this third team.

If you have news that features any aspect of our roles in the great game then we would be pleased to hear of them. We cannot guarantee that every item submitted will make the final edition but, rest assured, we will endeavour to include as much as possible.
