The following competitions are currently run by the Guernsey Cricket Association:

Weekend Cricket

• Carey Olsen GCA Championship: 45 overs
• Carey Olsen GCA League Division One: 40 overs
• Carey Olsen GCA League Division Two: 35 overs
• Carey Olsen GCA Cup: 50 overs
• Carey Olsen GCA Trophy: 40 overs
• Carey Olsen GCA Shield: 40 overs

A total of 13 teams participate across the three divisions of the Carey Olsen leagues, while 33 teams participate in the Carey Olsen cup competitions.

The top 4 teams at the end of the GCA Championship programme (mid-July) join the top 4 teams from Jersey’s Weekend League in the KPMG CI Club Championship in two groups of 4 teams (2 from each island) on a round-robin basis in late July and August, followed by two semi-finals and a final in September.

Evening Cricket The Barclays Evening League is competed for by 45 teams split into 6 divisions. Matches are played every night of the week from late April until mid-August and generally range from 15 overs to 25 overs per side, depending on the light, although the minimum is 10 overs per side.
