The Dutch Nat team came to the Costa Blanca and played at La Manga Cricket Club Murcia, Spain. It was the perfect combination of business and pleasure and your dreams a reality when you play cricket at this resort.The ladies had one week of training and two matches against the men of Spain. First was a Costa Blanca XI with some Spanish juniors who took part, in which the ladies came top beating the men and on the Sunday they took on La Manga Cricket Club in a 45 over match, that they lost to La Manga CC but it was a close game, going all the way. The ladies choose La Manga to train with this ideal Mediterranean climate and the outstanding quality of the pitches and practice facilities they had. Spain wish them the best for the coming season and hope to see them back in Spain, at La Manga Club.
